Before you book

How far ahead can I book?

You can book up to 60 days ahead at any of our three venues. Dinner on Fridays and Saturdays fills first, so for those nights we suggest booking at least two weeks before.

Can I book for a large group?

The online form takes parties of one to eight. For nine or more, please send a private dining enquiry from the Private dining page, and a member of the team will reply within one working day.

What if I need to change or cancel?

Ring the venue at least 24 hours before your booking, quote the reference from your confirmation, and we will move or cancel it at no charge. We do not take card details to hold a table.

Do you hold tables for walk-ins?

Yes. Ortiga keeps about a third of the room for walk-ins at dinner, the long bar at Salt Room is walk-in only, and Ferro is walk-in only on mornings, Mondays and Tuesdays.

How long can I keep a table?

Tables are held for two hours at dinner for most parties, and for a little less at lunch. If you would like longer, tell us in the notes and we will give you a table that is not needed afterwards.
